About the Course:
The course was developed to address important mental, emotional and psychological issues which have direct influence on how people behave. It also addresses people's general mental health.
Our day-to-day lives are lined with one form of stress or the other and our patterns of reaction to these stress of life over time are responsible for the definition of who and what we are today, as well as who and what we will be defined as tomorrow. This personality definition is responsible for most challenges and disturbance people have in their lives.
Course Objective:
- Anger, worry, confusion, depression, anguish, lamenting, dissatisfaction, emotional conflict, anxiety, physical and mental discomfort and many more are derivative of one form of stress or the other.
- For these unavoidable life stresses to be well handled, there has to be a mental discipline. Your brain must not be controlling you, it has to be the otherwise. You can only exercise stable self-regulation when you have conscious control over your brain.
- Satisfaction with self and life, including long-lasting happiness, living and fulfilling your potential, staying healthy mentally, emotionally and physically, as well as having a strong and rewarding relationship with people can only be achieved when you have yourself under your own control and you can only put your self under your own control when you have stable and sustained control over your brain.
- This course will teach you how to have control over your brain and by extension yourself. It will also address mental, emotional, psychological and behavioral disorders by exposing you to how you can achieve stable and sustained mental control and discipline. At the end of the course, you will become a better version of yourself, a transformation you will be so proud of.
