About the Course:
"People leave managers, not companies" has become a familiar phrase in HR circles, but few leaders take the time to honestly examine which of their own habits might be contributing to turnover.
This session takes a deliberately diagnostic approach. Rather than focusing on what good leadership looks like in the abstract, it names the specific, common leadership mistakes, often well-intentioned, that erode trust, motivation, and commitment over time. Participants will walk through a candid self-audit, recognize patterns they may not have noticed in their own leadership, and leave with clear, specific corrections for each one.
This is not a session about bad managers. It's a session for good managers willing to look honestly at their blind spots.
