About the Course:
This course introduces participants to the emerging practice of co-managing projects with artificial intelligence. Rather than replacing human judgment, AI acts as a cognitive partner, supporting forecasting, scheduling, risk identification, stakeholder communication, and continuous performance monitoring. Participants will explore practical use cases, governance considerations, and real-world examples of how AI can augment project management across the project lifecycle.
