These changes will keep us busy and require us to make the applicable updates to our internal documents, systems, policies & procedures, and reference materials. And don't forget about any special projects that may occur as well throughout the year.
It’s important to understand these changes, but we must also understand the implications for our financial institutions, particularly to individual staff members. During this training, we will discuss the current AML environment, and the new guidance & regulations and align them to the impacted staff. We will also look ahead at other potential changes down the road that we may have to plan for.
